This covers examples in which I have both planned, developed and executed a product-related activity that revolves around the vital presentation and promotion of the products and services we offer.
DIGITAL DINING
As of 2022, the Campus Commerce department across the University of Reading started to introduce digital and interactive signage that would align with what is being served on certain food counters at designated times. I design, manage and manipulate the signage to appear at appropriate times and oversee 40+ screens across the University Campus
WILD WEATHER BREWERY
I have worked closely with Wild Weather Brewery in order to showcase their products across the multiple venues I oversee. As our house lager, we made it our key plan to make sure all customers recognise and understand the brand.
I helped organise open mic nights, tap takeovers and beer festivals in which they were either a part of or sponsored - with the help of my guidance.
WASTE UNITS
As the University focus on becoming carbon negative by 2030, it has become a key theme across our hospitality departments to encourage sustainability.
To tie in with this, I orchestrated the installation of eco-friendly waste units across our catering outlets. All designs and messaging were curated by myself and the design team at the University Branding Department

In House Signage
As someone who works across 6 different venues within the University, I have successfully implemented engaging and well-designed signage at points of purchase within the University bars and dining outlets.

Exterior Merchandising
As important as it is to have appropriate merchandising inside venues, the branding must also be appropriate on the exterior of buildings
